Features:
1. Imported nylon screen mesh, with excellent chemical stability and biocompatibility, will not cause damage to cells.
Multiple pore diameters of 2.40μm, 70μm and 100μm are available to meet the screening requirements of target cells or particles of different sizes.
3. Artificial mechanical design, circular handle for easy operation, suitable for various containers such as beakers, petri dishes, etc.
4. Compatible with 50ml centrifuge tubes
5. Free of DNase and RNase, and endotoxin
6. Independent packaging, electron beam sterilization to prevent contamination.
7. Made of plastic, it has a simple structure and can be discarded immediately after use without the need for cleaning or disinfection, thus avoiding cross-contamination. It is suitable for most routine cell separation experiments, such as cell culture and cell sorting.
8. Please select an appropriate filter pore size based on the size of the target cells or particles. If it is too large, impurities may mix in; if it is too small, it may hinder the passage of the target cells.
9. Sterile cell filters are key equipment for removing microorganisms from liquids or gases through physical retention principles. The core of these filters is the precisely sized filter membrane, which can retain ≥99.99% of bacteria, mycoplasma, and some viruses while allowing the solution to pass freely without damaging the biological active components.
10. 40μm is suitable for mononuclear cells, stem cells, and small cells, and is commonly used for pre-flow cytometry filtration and tissue cell filtration.
70μm is suitable for regular mammalian cells and is commonly used for regular filtration and post-tissue digestion filtration.
100μm is suitable for large cells/coarse filtration and is commonly used for initial screening of large tissue residues.
