Sodium Heparin Tube 3040LH
Sodium Heparin Tube contains sodium heparin, which is a powerful anticoagulant. Its principle of action is to combine with calcium ions in the blood to form soluble complexes that are difficult to dissociate. It can effectively inhibit the activation of prothrombin in the blood and thereby prevent blood coagulation.

Features:
1.Available in lithium heparin and sodium heparin.
2. The anticoagulant heparin activates antithrombin, which blocks the coagulation cascade reaction, thereby generating whole blood/plasma samples.
3. Liheparin will not interfere with all ion detecsions (including sodium ions) during the testing period.
4. The separation gel separates plasma from blood cells during the centrifugation process to prevent plasma from being contaminated.
5. Immediately after blood drawing, gently invert the test tube 8 to 10 times to activate sufficient anticoagulant.
6. Centrifugation: Centrifuge at 1800-2200g for 8-15 minutes at 18-25℃.
7. When using PCR detection, it should be noted that even trace amounts of heparin may inhibit the PCR reaction.
8. When testing for sodium ion water in blood samples, lithium heparin blood collection tubes should be used.
9. The sodium heparin blood collection tube uses sodium heparin salt. It may affect the detection results of sodium ions extracted.
10.The lithium blood collection tube of Sugan uses the lithium salt of heparin. It has a relatively small impact on sodium ions during extraction, so it is a more suitable choice when sodium ions need to be detected.
