PP Regent bottle 1EX0000
Use the PP Regent bottle to store, handle and mix liquid and solid chemical reagents, solutions and culture media. Safety bottle caps can prevent evaporation, leakage and air pollution, and maintain the purity of reagents. Amber (brown) bottles are specifically designed for storing substances sensitive to light. Glass reagent bottles, especially borosilicate glass reagent bottles, can withstand extreme temperatures and sterilization (such as autoclaving) very well. The heat resistance of plastic reagent bottles is different.

Features:
1.Medical-grade PP and HDPE materials
2. Free of DNase, RNase and heavy metals, sterilized versions are available
3. Multiple specifications are available: 4ml, 8ml, 15ml, 30ml, 60ml, 125ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml
4. The bottle body is formed in one step
5. No need for washing, no complicated pre-cleaning treatment required, ready to use upon opening
6. The lid is made of PP material, and the bottle body is available in two types: PP and HDPE
7. The PP bottle body can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization. The embrittlement temperature of PP is 0℃, and the usual maximum service temperature is 135℃
8.HDPE has better low-temperature storage performance. The embrittlement temperature of HDPE is -100℃, and the usual maximum service temperature is 120℃
9. Acid and alkali resistance: When storing materials with oxidizing properties, choose HDPE bottles. When storing organic solvents such as benzene rings, n-hexane and chlorinated hydrocarbons, HDPE bottles should be chosen
10. Toughness and impact resistance: PP bottles have excellent resistance to bending fatigue, but their impact resistance is relatively poor (especially at low temperatures); HDPE bottles have good drop resistance and are not prone to breakage after impact during low-temperature storage
11. Compared with HDPE, PP is more transparent, which is more conducive to observing the state of the materials stored in the bottle
12.HDPE brown bottle with full wavelength avoidance of 200-800nm; USP stipulates that the light transmittance should be less than 10%
13. In terms of gas (N2, O2, CO2) barrier properties: HDPE material is significantly superior to PP material.
14. The bottle body is transparent or semi-transparent, which is convenient for observing the remaining amount of the reagent inside the bottle, color changes, etc. There are also brown PP reagent bottles available for storing substances that are prone to decomposition upon exposure to light.
15. The bottle mouth has wide and narrow types. The wide mouth is convenient for taking up solid reagents or large amounts of liquids, while the narrow mouth is suitable for storing trace and volatile reagents.
16. During high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization, the bottle cap must be completely removed and placed on the top of the container. Do not rotate it in the screw thread to seal it, as this may cause the bottle cap to deform or be damaged.
