16. The External Thread is on the outside of the tube body, and there is a silicone O-ring inside the cap to ensure sealing. It is suitable for storage in -80°C ultra-low temperature refrigerators. It is not recommended to directly immerse in the liquid nitrogen liquid phase (there is a risk of liquid nitrogen infiltration). The Internal Thread's thread is on the inside of the tube body, and the seal is achieved through the tight cooperation of the cover and the internal thread, without an O-ring. It is suitable for -196°C liquid nitrogen gas phase storage. The well-designed internal screw cap tube can be used for liquid phase storage.
