Features:

6. Manual cap threading is prone to "over-tight" causing the gasket to deform, or "over-loose" allowing liquid nitrogen to seep in. The equipment can be set to a constant torque to ensure consistent sealing for each tube.
7. By replacing the gripper components , the equipment can be compatible with both inner and outer cap threading, as well as tubes from different brands (such as Thermo Fisher, Brooks, Azenta, etc.).
8. The uniform spiral opening force prevents accidental container rupture or liquid splashing when manually opening the cap, protecting the integrity of the samples and the safety of the operators.
9. It is compatible with mainstream laboratory screw-cap containers, including 2-10 mL vacuum blood collection tubes, 15/50 mL centrifuge tubes, 10-50 mL reagent bottles, etc. No need to replace the fixtures (some models support fine-tuning to adapt to containers of different diameters).
